ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

The minimum completion rate differs for students who are on Federal financial aid vs. other students who are paying out of pocket or who have different requirements to maintain scholarship aid.

For information on requirements for financial aid, please visit our financial aid page.

For guidance on academic pace and competency planning, please discuss with your coach.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Coaching You must attend weekly, in-person 1:1 coaching sessions (30 minutes/week) for the first 4 months of the program
Development sessions You must attend monthly, in-person group sessions (2 hours/month); Each session may also require preparation in advance
Study time You must work on your projects for a minimum of 48 hours per month, or 12 hours per week, and you must track these hours
Communications You must respond to your all communications from your coach within 2 business days even if the response is just “ok”

ALLOWANCES
  • You are allowed 2 weeks of time off per term in addition to a built-in two-week break at the end of each term; These must be communicated at least one week in advance except in cases of emergency (you may want to save some time off for emergencies)
    • This means you can opt out of 2 coaching sessions and 2 weeks of study time; However you cannot miss more than 1 development session per term
  • You can earn additional time off by working ahead of your target pace, to be agreed upon with your coach
